Alan , if you have Facebook, one of the easiest ways to contact David Meister is to search for him there, as he is not on this forum often.

His little jars of medicine have an excellent appearance, and are securely packed for mailing. Don't wait until the last minute to order--each type is hand fashioned, and may take up to 30 days lead time.

We used his medical supplies for a recent prison camp immersion event and were well pleased.

I have also used David's replica medicines with great success. Kept several of the officers functioning with repeated blue mass and stomach bitters treatments while on the plains of South Dakota.

Mitch and I can say out loud what David can't assert.

His 'display medicines' are harmless food safe concoctions that a period doctor can dole out to troops while in character at an immersion event without fear of harm. That's a grand thing.

My only regret was my fervent hope that the blue mass I ordered in such large quantity fir my husband to dole out at such a small event , might actually make men pee blue. It didn't. Sigh. I had hoped to cause more trouble.
