Dear members of the civilian side of our forums,

We've made some changes to how all the forums operate. Please take a few minutes and review those changes in this thread.

Basically, moderators are now able to respond to problems in any forum, and they will be able to hand out "infractions" that might restrict your use of the forums if you violate the guidelines consistently.

Please click and read this post and do what you can to support your moderators.

Today, specifically, I've changed the consequences for earning an infraction. I would ask everyone to spend a minute or two to read these changes and perhaps make a comment on them.
