Remember, all those participating must pre-register.  Pre-registration is $20.00 – we have to pay for firewood, insurance, a few porta-johns.
There will be no walk-ons. Anyone not willing to raise money for the battlefields, follow the authenticity regulations, or any other regulations for that matter, will not be allowed to participate on this private property. Too many folks will have spent too much money and time on acquiring their gear for others to not be up to par.
We have 6 months to raise the little amount requested – a minimum of $100.00 per participant. Remember that is the minimum asked for, we would hope everyone would put in a larger effort to raise more that $100.00.
But, we do hope you understand that we do not wish any single one of you -- the participants -- to donate $100.00 out of your own pocket. That is not the intent at all.
The intent is for you to simply ask others to donate to this crucial and worthy cause. The only payment we are getting is the satisfaction of knowing that we are all helping the battlefields out and that everyone that attends the event has a good time. PLEASE come to the table with at least the small amount of donations asked for.
