If its in glass it will last longer. I've had collodion in tin cans turn old on me. Not a problem with glass. (Usually use up a bottle in 6 months or less).

you have mentioned streak-free a couple of times....dont use it. It leaves a residue on the glass, much like windex. I think if you simplify things down a bit you will be much better off, and might be able to eliminate the issue a bit quicker. Selling my darkroom cart. Plate by Harry Taylor Up top is 2-sided: Top Side 1: Darkroom (with cloth) is 24X24X12. I set it up with Full Plate baths but shot 1/2 plates in it.
