Went to the site yesterday. Awesome to see the that the field looks little different than when Gardner was there making the famous images of the dead of Semmes Georgia brigade. We're planning to redo the famous "Dead of the Iron Brigade" image that was really Semmes' Georgians.

I'm doing this as part of a seminar for the Gettysburg Foundation on stereo photography on the battlefield.

Hope the rain holds off!

Dont worry I think all those dead got rained on anyway.
