Go to Control Center, then go to Edit My Files. Then do browse, and that should search within you computer, upload, and once uploaded right click the file name and "copy link location", then paste in where it asks when posting and hitting the image icon. The file must be small size, it tells you the file size before uploading.
Or, you can pout images on things like flikr or any other photosharing web based program and link to the image in a post.
