Question on Darlot lenses FOUND

I recently acquired a pair of Darlot lenses (10 inch fl). The engraving states Darlot and Paris on the lens. Below this is the A.D. (similar monogram on other darlot lenses) and serial numbers. Both lenses appear to be brothers. They are lenses 33846 and 33847. They look like projection lenses, but when you open the lens, interior spacers exist to hold waterhouse stops. Both lenses are not cut for stops. Any ideas??? The lens elements (larger ones) in both lenses are pencil marked darlot with some numbers.

Thanks

I think the lens need that internal "stop" to function correctly. Post some pictures.
