When I started with the black fingered process eleven years ago I couldn't find anyone else in the UK with experience of the process, now there are quite a few practitioners here,

At that time I bought a Dallmeyer 2B for fifty pounds, one on ebay now has a bid for £499!

Ray helped me enormously by making three adaptor backs at a distance of some three thousand miles - they worked perfectly.

Thanks for that Ray, and for all the invaluable advice over the years.

You can add Portugal to the list - it's where I took the 8x10 camera you made for me as soon as it arrived.
Here is a Half Plate I made yesterday of a Scabbard Fish head (they are fished off Madeira, very good to eat).
[I cropped off the tip off the mouth by bad guesswork in my framing].
