I would like some help writing a letter.

I want to take pictures at a large museum, but I am having a hard time finding the words describing safety. This process is pretty safe, as long as nobody kicks over the darkbox. However, 'safe' is subjective. I'll be using hypo btw.
I don't want to seem flippant. I can do all the process contained in the box, and it is designed to capture any spills. I usually describe the process as safe, equal to say, using a strong cleaner. Don't drink it, don't get it into your eyes etc.
They have not said no, but I need words. Any help?

cheers,
chriso

There have been times when I tried to come up with a sign or something; but the best thing is to rope off the darkbox area and hang little signs from the rope saying "Chemicals, do not enter." That has given the best result for me.

Tell them you have a One Million Dollar Liability Insurance Coverage.

Do this only after you get one million dollars in liability insurance. With this sue happen environment ID NOT be doing what youre attempting.
