Just finished up with Bob Szabo's workshop Sunday evening. Trusting soul that he is, he let me try making some wet-plate collodion negatives with his camera.

Here is the first try, amazing how many little things can go "wrong" and still produce an image. Printed last night (home-made UV exposure box) on some Arches paper I had coated back in November for another project.

Here is the second try. Some errors "fixed" so room for new and different ones!

Nice composition. I like the happy accidents that happened on the first image better.Welcome to the "wet plate world"

Very nice! I love cyanos best of all and these are really good. I am looking forward to seeing more in the near future, so keep at it!
