NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS AT REGISTRATION DESK.
These registration fees are necessary for mailing, EMS service, portajohns, hay, water,
fire wood, trash removal, pyrotechnics, increasing insurance and entrenching costs,
etc.
P. S. - "Add ons" are okay, but send the names of the
stragglers to us with payment in accordance with above date fee schedule. Prior to
June 1, all "add ons" are $11.00. The walk-on fee of $20.00 will be in
effect after June I and is payable at registration. No refunds to No Shows.
Commanders, please see to it that all your troops are informed of the rules and
regulations of this event.
