    Default Saturday Sale!

I have a few quality items that I thought I needed, but after deliberation I have decided to let go:

    1. Mechanic's cap made by Chris Semancik.
Tarred cloth with a nice lining. Just never really wore this one, for some reason. Slight cracking on the left side of brim, nothing too damaging. Size 7 or 21 7/8". Nice grab for you smaller-craniums. $75.00

    2. Smoking/ camp hat made by Ramon Martin.
Carpet bag-like material with crimson tassel. Polished cotton lining. Size 7 1/8 or 22 ¼”. I’ve found that it will still fit well under another hat. $40.00

    3. French-pattern kepi made by Don Smith of Trans-Mississippi Depot.
Larger disc. Wine red fabric with a dark blue band. Size 22 ½-22 ¼”. Only used ONE day by Nic Clark during a film shoot. $70.00

    4. Zouave jacket made by Steve Logan of Grand Old Army.
This is my first reproduction item, ever bought! Red trim and tombeauxs, dark blue body. Nice blue homespun lining. Mostly machine sewn, but really well done. Size 36-38. Only used a handful of times. Originally $120.00, now $90.00

    5. Darlot portrait lens.
I’ve unscrewed the rear lens element and tried to clean it up as best as I could. Some spotting remains, but nothing damaging. Radial drive working well. Wide open, no housing for Waterhouse stops. No lens cover. Polished it up as soon as I got it, excellent condition. Bought it at auction for $130, not sure if that was too steep of a price or what have you (I’m new to this thing). Selling it for $100.00

    6. Reproduction tobacco pouch.
My attempt to do justice for an original housed at the Museum of the Confederacy. $3.00

Contact me via PM or email cwrematchr@embarqmail.com. I'll try and get some photos up later today.

"Hotel accommodations in Richmond were always small and plain, and now they were all overflowing. It was a clear case of 'devil take the hindmost,' for their cuisine decreased in quantity and quality in exact ratio to augmentation of their custom. Such a thing as a clean room, a hot steak, or an answered bell were not to be bought by flagrant bribery." Thomas Cooper De Leon

    Angry Photos update...grrr...

Well, gang it seems like I'm not going to be allowed to post any photo larger than 39.1 KB, which is really annoying. But I have photos, so shoot me an email if you'd like to see some stuff.

    Thanks for looking.

In order to move these last three items, I am giving the opportunity to help the CWPT.

All funds allocated will be sent to the Preservation.

Please help me and the battlefields out! I have no immediate use for these items.
