We are a family-oriented unit of men, women and children (families) as well as single men and women, portraying the members of the 2nd Kentucky Cavalry, " Morgans Raiders".

We choose to be Confederates, because they fought for what they believed in- protecting their homes, state's rights, equal treatment in commerce and the agricultural way of life.

You can help us keep their stories alive and preserve their values while having a good time of it.

We have a mounted and dismounted calvary troopers, a cannon crew, and a cannon guard in our military section.

Ladies their is just too much for you to be involved in to mention.

We live in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin and are involved in over two dozen events each year...so please visit our web sit located at

Join us on Sunday, April 29th, when the Order of the Confederate Rose, Belle Boyd Chapter I, in a joint effort with members of SCV, Camp 1507, Camp Douglas Memorial Camp and the 2nk Kentucky Cavlary. Co. D will take time to pay our respects to those heroes whom we portray today.
