I know how you feel. I have been waiting a long time for some items a "AC Approved Vendor" He has not been real good about getting things done fast. I have pretty much given up on him it has taken so long.

Marc, whenever you have an issue with an AC approved vendor you should contact Matt Woodburn. Matt will look into the matter and can assist you in getting a refund from the said vendor when needed.
