I am 'thinning' my uniform inventory.

And - YES - the chest buttons unbutton so it can be worn differently than shown. I re-sewed the button holes by hand when I added the buff trim.

Both items are size 50-52 and have been very lightly used over the past 5 years. Federal Shell used only at three events. CS Shell only used at 5 events (and only on the field).
