WTB - Clay Pipes

Hello Pards,

I am looking for either one piece or two-piece (bowl & stem) clay pipes. Plain is ok. I had bought several on here a year ago and they were made from really nice molds, but basically looking for just about anything.

Looking for either a person selling these, or a supplier of quantity.

An antique store in my town has 10-12 clay pipes sitting in one of their dealers booth. The story is that they were New Old Stock found someplace in England years ago, purchased and brought back to the states. If I remember correctly, they were supposedly made in the early 1900's. I have thought about buying them just because, however, I am not fond of smoking the clay pipes personally. If you wish, I would try to get pics & more info on them for you. I think they were asking around $20 a piece for them which seems kinda high. But if in fact, they are really from turn of the century, maybe not.
