I've been playing around with this cartoon idea that involves two ACW reenactors and how they balance their normal lives with their passion for living history. The working title is "Rob and Bob" and any feedback would be welcome.

My goal is to gain sufficient proficiency and speed to lay down and paint quick sketches at reenactment events. Like the attached picture a few minutes are spent on the primary subject and the rest for background troops and terrain (five minutes or less) . This will be a challenge but I hope that practice will improve the quality.
