Joe,
You might want to remind your registrants to allow extra travel time into the Gettysburg area for your event. The roads in and around that town aren't built for the traffic that's expected. And, knowing the citizens are pretty much as they were in 1863, toll roads may pop up, you'll have to pay to use restrooms and water will cost more per gallon that gas, which I imagine will also cost double the national average this summer in Gettysburg.
