    Eli,

I did not - yet. I figured that since there's a list of every soldier & civilian registered there might be a list of committed vendors as well.

Keeping in mind the admonition about adjoining lands that are not part of the event site that obviously don't want people tracking across them, as well as the remaining in the field after the Cornfield scenario, are there any logistical problems that might be posed to those who necessarily have to switch out impressions/equipment before the final Sunday scenario? I see from the map that the reenactor lot adjoins the Cornfield site, just wondering if it's reasonably accessible and not separated by barriers/off-limits properties for those who need to re-appear with a different kit that day.

    Looking forward to it all!

    Marc,

Which is the reenactor lot? I see the two battlefields, the camps, HQ, etc., but don't see parking labeled on the map graphic. Not that it's all that big a deal, as we'll find it on that Friday when we arrive.

Reenactor parking is along monroe rd....it will be within 1/2 mile of the Cornfield....the AP Hill field is between the Cornfield and the Parking lot, so if you have to change for the impression for AP Hill, you must immediately at the end of the Cornfield fight, but your rear over to the Parking lot and rush back....as the way the battle is set up you will be running through CS lines if you do not do so right way.

We will have water and porta jons over there for folks Saturday night and then for everyone sunday am

Myself and 4 pards are ready for the trek from Prince Edward Island. This will be their first event of any size. We are all really looking forward to it. I cannot seem to find the list of sutlers on the website either. What time will registration open on Friday? We are staying in Gettysburg the night before and likely be at the event site by 8 or 9 Friday morning. Thanks

    Chris,
Will the event allow substituions at check-in? Meaning, if someone in our unit paid to come, and now cannot - and someone else in our unit suddenly wants to attend, but registration is closed - can he use the first reenactors registration slot?
    Thanks,

ANYONE in the Cincinnati Area, going to Maryland my Maryland? I can drive and use my vehicle, or share expenses with you. I want to leave Friday morning and come home right after the event. Going campaign style, so I have very little gear, and will take very little room. Let me know if you could use another pard for the trip.
