Default Western / Trans-Miss. Confederate jacket for sale, size 40

I made this jacket several years ago, but never wore it to an event. The only time I wore it was to sit for an image in it. It's made from natural white wool kersey, with a sky blue wool kersey collar. The lining is cotton drill, but the front of the jacket is lined in wool flannel that I have quilted. Buttons are wood dish. All of the outside features of this jacket; i.e. color, buttons and number of buttons, are all copied from an original image of an Arkansas soldier that is housed in Ft. Smith, AR (and I'm pretty certain that it's an unpublished photo, too). All the visible stitching has done by hand. Size 40. $170 gets you this jacket, and that price also includes the cost of shipping. Please write to me directly if you are interested in this jacket; nbclark78@gmail.com

    Thanks,

    Nic Clark

I'll take $135 for this 99.999% new jacket. I made it, and wore it to have an image made in it, and that's it. 100% wool kersey jacket, wool flannel lining that is quilted, with cotton drill lining. It's the only jacket like it; i.e. one-of-a-kind, based upon an un-published photo of an Arkansas Confederate in late 1862 / early 1863. This jacket would be perfect for those of you going to Marmaduke's Raid next year. It would also work for any Confederate impression in the west at places like Vicksburg or Port Hudson, or in the Trans-Miss.
