Paypal preferred at Ross4thUSInfy@aol.com. Questions or "I'll take it" via PM or email Ind18th@aol.com for quickest reply. Here are the details:

This is a completely handsewn civilian linen shirt with some fine details, size 42-44 with a 16 neck $115 shipped. I will immodestly say you will probably find no finer shirt for the price with the attention to detail that is included. It is a classic square cut pattern, but features a longer placket like found in more period shirts than today's offerings, with antique luminescent glass buttons, two low pockets for easier reaching, contrasting stripe on the placket and pockets, completely flat-felled seams and reinforced vents, tails slightly longer than the front as found in many period shirts, and some of the tightest stitching I've offered yet. For full disclosure, there was a slight rent in the fabric in the middle edge of the placket that occured toward the end of making and I conducted a period repair of darning with a blanket stitch very tightly. This will not affect the wearing and is almost imperceptible unless looking for it (I have included an image of it as well). No, I won't lower the price for this, as it is a good example of a period repair and I believe adds to the value of this garment. The material is a cool tannish gray linen with light brown stripes and will wear well for some time. For those wanting a finer made "sent from home" shirt, or are looking to upgrade from the normal fare, this is the one. As with most of my offerings since I usually only do "in stock", this will go fast.

Beautiful shirt! Wished it was a size larger or I was a size smaller. Still enjoying my housewife Sir. Great work!

I recently purchased two of Ross's shirts and I can attest to the quality of shirt that he constructs, the stitching is perfect. His attention to detail is second to none. Don't pass this one up.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. I enjoy making them even more when they are appreciated for what they are. I had a potential buyer minutes within posting, but hasn't returned my messages, so this is still available...

Surprisingly, this one is still available. I will consider trade offers. I'm always looking for repro coverlets, early war Bowie knife repros, quality fabric, size 42 or 44 civilian trousers from quality vendors, or just make an offer if you've got something someone who has everything shouldn't do without....

That's all I needed to do from the start - a trade is found. Thanks for the enquiries....
