WTS: Enlisted Man Federal Frock Coat, Mainstream.

For Sale: Well made Federal Enlisted Frock coat, maker unknown but of a nicer quality mainstream. Tagged as size 42 but measurements of 20.5" (across chest laid flat) 18" shoulder seam to shoulder seam (laid flat) 22" shoulder seam to end of cuff, 35" shoulder seam to bottom of hem, seems to suggest it would fit 40 chest very well, possibly 42. Hi, could you please tell us what the light blue piping is made of? Difficult to tell in the photos. On repros, I've seen wool piping, worsted wool tape piping, cotton twill tape pining, and a sort of cord piping (usually has a nylon-ish look to it). Thanks,
