Been looking through older posts and was wondering if cavalry carried a haversack on them or not. Can't seem to find cavalry pictures that show the right side so did they wear them or not is the question. Thanks

Yes they used them. Used them to carry their food in just as everyone else did. Usually they were slung over the bed roll on the back of the saddle and not carried on the soldier's person.
