That's not quite the way it works---time is not the only factor.
This is primarily a discussion forum. Members are expected to contribute substantially to discussion and research over a period of time. Moderators read and approve each post until that criteria is met.

As a Junior Member on moderated status, you can normally expect posts to appear within 24 hours.
From the looks of my time stamps, your post this morning was approved and appeared within an hour of posting. Those you made later in the day waited until it got too dark outside for me to trim anymore shrubbery.
