    Default CrossKeys/PortRepublic...in living color

For the communal enjoyment, I have posted a collection of images from June 9-10 that featured the Battles of Cross Keys and Port Republic at the Cedar Creek Battlefield.
It includes some of the good, the bad and the ugly aspects of the weekend.
You may access them here: www.zphotos.smugmug.com, then click on the gallery called 12CrossKeys/PortRepublic.
Any comments, good, bad or indifferent, are welcome.
    Thank you.

More importantly Julio - where are those photos from McDowell?? Or did those photos of my vest erase everything from your camera?

    Matt,
There should be a nice spread of McDowell photos in the upcoming July issue of The Civil War News. Should start circulating in about a week or ten days.
And I will place another bunch in my Smugmug website as soon as I can devote some time to them. Right now, I'm about three assignments behind, and those deadlines are far more pressing --and far more productive in terms of earnings, since hardly anyone buys anything through Smugmug any more. I know the economy is really hard on a lot of folks... because I'm feeling those consequences myself.

About the photography I did at McDowell 2012...
In answer to Matt Lovejoy's query, I have placed on display at www.zphotos.smugmug.com a collection of images from this year's McDowell 150th anniversary program.
Just access the site and click on the gallery called... 12McDowell.
    Comments are welcome.
