You've got to let the fellows know what date the fabulous weekend is.

You are a Junior Member. This means that you have some limitations here, one of which is you cannot fully utilize the messaging system.

In order for people to give you the information you need, you are going to have to give them an email they can use to write to you. And you've got to tell them the dates of your event (I'm going to 3 separate events in 14 days. Which one is yours?)

Elsewhere, you are trying to assemble enough for a Minyan. I've not seen that at an event since 1999. Please help this community help you mark this historic occassion--tell us who, what, when, and where.
