Has anyone been to

the Mcdowell event? Or is anyone going to the event from the CVG unit the reason i ask is im having a hard time finding the spot on address for the event, And if anyone is going from the CVG unit would you be able to tell me where we are meeting at..

If you get to the town of McDowell you won't have any trouble finding the event. The town isn't that large and reenactors take over a large part of it. Any civilian (modern) who lives in town can point you to the reenactment sites/check in etc. The CVG does have a good number of folks going. They'll be camping on the edge of the Saturday battlefield just on the edge of town.
