What: Military Heritage Encampment at Opsail 2012: The Military Heritage Encampment will be comprised of reenacting and active duty military units from across the timeline of American history, with special emphasis placed on naval units. The encampment will include tactical demonstrations, living history interpretation and camp competitions between reenacting groups.

Who: Opsail 2012 and the city of Norfolk are looking for living historians with impressions which interpret American military history covering the last 400 years. All US (and CS) impressions from 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th centuries are needed. Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery, Naval, Musicians and other impressions are welcomed.
