Here is an opportunity to pick up a high-end shirt, as I only sew on an in-stock basis now. I take paypal at Ross4thUSInfy@aol.com or take MO's. Questions or "I'll take it" via PM or email Ind18th@aol.com:
Up for sale is one completely handsewn, trimmed shirt/laborer's overshirt size XL-XXL $98 shipped. This is a square cut shirt with black worsted cotton trim around the placket as seen in several original images. It features all felled seams, very tight stitching (see images), original stenciled glass buttons, and a long, full cut for work/labor. The images don't quite capture the true color, as it is a madder red on tan, in a good medium-light weight cotton shirting. This is NOT a sutler row garment, but an extensively researched and extensively sewn period garment, with over 10 hours of labor involved. Those who know and use my shirts know you will rarely find this type on the rack anywhere, and I am proud of my work and reputation in that field. The details of this shirt, from the reinforced vents on the sides, the felled interior seams, proper gussets, original buttons, and unique period color set this apart from the usual fare.
