I didn't find what I wanted to...
Is anyone making "authentic" papers cartridge tubes these days with a tied end?
Unfortunately, I don't have much time to devote to making a event sized amount of good tubes.
Any help is appreciated.

NJ Sekela has some very nice ones that I have used a few times.

I will vouch for Sekela's tubes. I got 2 packages (they come in packs of 40) of them and they are great, just need a wad, a powder cup and top em off, they are great looking round, and delivery was FAST they shipped the next day.

This is great information between Mr. Sekela and PM's. I appreciate everyone's help.
