    Based on my own personal experience, never had a problem with damage and was happy with the merchandise I received.

    Two problems I ran into was poor communications and excessively slow order to arrival time. I would advise telephoning if you need to contact them including order follow-up.

    With any "main-stream sutler" would advise picking your merchandise selection carefully to avoid being disappointed.

    They used to sell a lot of stuff on eBay for cheaper than they list on the website.

    She is a good seamstress, but her choice of wools is terrible. I can't recommend Milk Creek. I have a frock coat made by them, and the material turned out to be blanket wool, Thing is so heavy you can only wear it in the winter.
