Default Where can I find a good kepi

Where can I find a good quality kepi. I like the low crown style best, but I would like to have a forage cap that is more of the medium crown type. I'm not too crazy bout the tall forage caps cause all the ones I've tried one flop over to the side on my head. I don't like that.

If you're talking Union, I would go with Nick Sekela, E. J. Thomas sells them. https://www.shop.ejtsutler.com/categ...?categoryId=12. These are probably the best forage caps on the market today.
If you want Confederate, I would highly recommend Greg Starbuck, excellent kepi's and quite reasonable pricing. http://home.earthlink.net/~cwkepi/id2.html

    Adam,
Greg Starbuck also makes excellent fed forage caps too. New Richmond Depot has many styles of very well made caps in stock (check out the black friday sale at Richmond Depot). Also Chris Semancik for fed caps, and Don Smith at Trans Mississippi Depot. Check out Orchard Hill Sutler for the styles they carry from Don Smith.

For Confederate caps check out Lukas Berg. Their only $45 and hand made. I think he uses Ben Tart jean, either way it's natural dyes (it fades pretty quickly). Here is the website http://www.elkcreeksaddlers.com/.

    Derek,
Lukas does do some great work but has his customer service improved? Last I heard people had gone monthes without hearing from him.

My dealings with him have been great, but I don't know about others.
