Default Parker Hale 1853 Enfield with an original bayonet

As much as I hate to, I am selling my Parker Hale 1853 Enfield. It was purchased NEW in 1977 and was made on the original 1863 dies.....I was only 4 years old when it was purchased. I bought it from the original owner who stated that in 1977, you just couldn't find a reproduction bayonet. The bayonet is an original marked F. PRESTON MANCHESTER and it looks better than the one I purchased for my Euroarms Enfield.
In fact, this Enfield has been babied so well, it only looks about 2yrs old.
I am the second owner of this fine weapon and as I stated above, I hate to sell it. I will send pics to "SERIOUS" buyers only and can be reached at jonboybarnes1@comcast.net.
This is the closest thing I have been able to get and use on the battlefield that is even close to an original without using an original.
The reason for selling, is my son is going to be heading off to medical school and that aint cheap, plus I have run into once again some unforseen medical issues! A little extra spending money in his pocket will help him out alot without cutting my own throat.
A NEW Parker Hale runs between $1200 to $1300 from Dixie Gun works but I bet it isn't the piece of art this Enfield is.
I am asking $1000 obo payment by Paypal plus $25 shipping and hope to sell it on here by this weekend or I will let it go to a local friend soon for $850.
Please.....don't respond if you aren't an interested buyer of the Enfield.
