Looking to buy an "improvised" belt. Such as one made from a cartridge box belt, surcincle, etc. Interested in something unusual, maybe something that fastens with knapsack J hooks, etc. Or an unusual civy belt. Just seeing if anyone out there has something laying around that I could work with. Would consider a double billet belt.

In lieu of that, I'd be interested in a used to slightly abused cartridge box belt from a vendor such as MB&S, Haning, Duval, etc, to use to make my own. No overly thick sutler row water buffalo hide please.

Also interested in any period fish hooks(eyeless?) or line("catgut", etc) that anyone would be willing to part with. I do know that Jas. Townsend sells hooks, but having trouble finding line.
