    Talk to your your fellow privates and NCO's when in the field. You will learn by doing.

    This is one of those cases where going back into the vast archives of stored articles will help you immensely. You can use the search function located above, or go back in the forum and read the posts in "clothing, equipment, and how-to". You find this discussed recently, and many other times through the existance of this forum. This is such a question that would be difficult to read and manage if everyone on here listed and re-listed everything about fieldcraft.
