Someone who makes clothing

I have some material for a vest I would like someone to make for me. Machine stitching is fine and I will of course ship the material. Please let me know who or where I can get this done. I also want to know if the military pattern would be acceptable for a civilian vest or should I stick with one of the civilian patterns and how many yards do I need. Thank You

I know a woman, Heather Hibbs I believe her name is. She lives here in Middleburg and she makes clothing. She uses an original treadle machine to make uniforms for reenacting. I'll PM you her information and number if you're interested. She has been recommended by many different people.
