Some Cool Stuff You May Need!
I have several items I need to part with. They are:
1.) Sutler row quality federal knapsack. Nicely painted with unit designation of my old unit, in the exact fashion of a 19th Mass. example shown in Echoes of Glory. You can paint right over it in black if you choose. Very little use, even though it dates to the early-mid '90s. There are no blanket straps with it (they can be picked up anywhere) and the contents were just used to puff it up for photos and are not included. No damage, just some attic dust and yours for $40 shipping included.
2.) One FCDA blanket, perfect condition, dates back either to 1972 or the 1950's, as it is a federal government civil defense issued blanket. With the center logo face down, it is a warm and very acceptable blanket for inside your A-tent. Measures about 6' by 7', BIG. Nice. $28 including shipping.
3.) One pair of way-ugly mustard colored civilain trousers, bought for probably $100 6 or 7 years ago off a member of this forum. I never even tried them on as I have never gotten involved seriously in a civvie impression. Completely machine sewn, no buttons attached for braces and no back buckle, but fly buttons present and mother of pearl buttons loose in pocket. Made by the wife of a forum member, they are 36x32 and in new condition. I seek $50 including shipping.
4. Federal infantryman's great coat. Sutler row quality (most likely Regimental Quartermaster) from my first days in the hobby, ca. 1990. No major damage, has a nice use patina, many many years left in it. Actually looks more like an original than many higher-end examples. Nice to have on a cold night in camp. Size is between 42/44. Asking $75 shipping included.
5.) Federal frock, Size 42. Jarnigan I think. Also early '90's. Made well! Has newer NH buttons, and in wonderful shape. Looking for $75 including shipping.
