    Default Campaigners at Sacramento KY

The Bitter Brothers Mess and The Little Egypt Mess would like to invite all who are interested out to fall in with them at the Battle of Sacramento this year. The Bitter Brothers and The LEM will be campaigning in conjunction as the 11th KY USA.

Greg Richardson is the contact person as well as the ranking official of the group.

    Uniform guidelines are simple:
    1. Federal 4 button sack or state jacket
    2. Sky blue trowsers
    3. Proper accoutrements
    4. '61 or '42 Springfield or '53 Enfield
    5. Fed issue canteen
    6. Fed issue haversack and knapsack or blanket roll
    7. Federal Forage cap, slouch, or Hardee.

If there are anymore questions or concerns...please feel free to ask. There are some more items in the works and will be posted later.

Default It will add a new dimension

If you haven't been before to Sacramento, it's most definitely different and very friendly. Talk to Col. Orange about an off the map campsite, he may be able to find you a place. Always need some good quality Federals. Just getting that shirker Helvey to sleep under a blue sky is going to be the real challenge. Just look how you had to shame him at the muster.

    Default Bump!

The 5$ deadline for the event is rapidly approaching! Please register now, whether you are going with the Campaigner group or not, this is a bump for a nice event! If you do register with the Campaigner company, register as the 11th KY US.

    Hope to see you there!

20 so far. Looks like it could be a sleeper event for Blue! You never see enough Feds at nearly any event in KY. This is the chance to even the odds. All for the Union!

I'll be sure to add enough hocks and shanks into the pickled beef to account for more than 20. No oxtail though. I learned that lesson at Bummers.

    Seth,

What is the preferred jacket for those that have both? Sack coat or state jacket or does it not really matter for the impression?

Also, is there a preference on weapons if folks have more than one of the ones listed?

    Just curious.

4 Button Sack preferred. As far as weapons, most preferred would be an Enfield. Hope this helps out.

If anyone else has any questions, feel free to ask or PM me.

    Thanks.
