It's time to clean house! My kids , my waist ,and my feet are bigger! My gain.. is your gain?
Here's the list -

I would like to sell these as a lot for $40 but will consider separating items
•Boys size 6 Chestnut brown wool 4 button sack coat
•Boys size 8 tan & brown plaid wool 4 button sack coat
•Boys size 4 blue cotton button front trousers
•Boys size 6 black cotton button front trousers
•Boys size 4 ( slender !) dark brown calico shirt
•Girls ( About size 4-6 ) white cotton simple apron (tie at neck open back shift style)
•Red wool suave style jacket – size 4-6 – has black trim hand sewed on it for a girl right now, but was used for son plain.

Ball gown , waist 34-35 chest 36, deep magenta synthetic moiré, black soutache closing at back ( somewhat adjustable ) currently has 4 in white lace trim at neck and sleeve with black velvet ribbon detailing. $35

Leaf green cotton print day dress with dark green grosgrain ribbon trim . Needs buttons at front closure size 16. $25

Serio women’s leather lace up boots. Size 9. very good condition.$65
