Default Perryville Unattached CS Participant info...

    Folks,

We have the webpage for the unattached Confederate participants up and running (has been for some time) for the Perryville 2006 event.

If you have any questions about what is going on with the CS forces that are not attached to the AOT, visit this site and it is hoped you will find the answers to your questions...

I look forward to serving all the unattached participants in a few weeks.

    All for Kentucky!

    Thumbs up Perryville

Thanks for the information on the upcoming Battle of Perryville, look forward to serving under your command. Most of the guns here in Kentucky will be with Cobbs myself included in that Battery. Thanks again.

"It will be the responsibility of the commanders to keep the spectators entertained. The cavalry can be used to this end if the infantry fighting drifts away from the spectator line. SPECTATOR HAPPINESS CANNOT BE STRESSED ENOUGH! THE FUTURE OF LARGE EVENTS ON THIS SITE DEPENDS ON IT!"

    Sir,
Just curious are these your words or the words of the Park? I would hope (in the future) we are not going to end up COMPLETELY disregarding the historical aspects of this battle just so everyone can see the fighting. This battlefield is not a small pasture, it is very large and has rolling hills which can not be helped. There are plenty of things for the spectators to do besides missing some of the battle.
