    Default Haversack dimensions info

I am not sure if there is another thread of not, but I am going to be making a haversack for a militia setting coming up and I am not sure what the dimensions are to make your own haversack. I already have a canvas/ticking material for it.

    Thanks in advance.

In case you don't have access to the Confederate Sketchbook or have a few original haversacks laying around to measure, its kind of like saying I need a car, how much will it cost? Haversacks, particularly for CS use are many and varied, and came in several different shapes, sizes, and materials. Some were painted or treated, others were not. The Sketchbook does indeed have a diagram for one particular model with documentation, but there are many others out there that can be copied. That one is one of the easier ones with good measurements and a few directions and recommend that one to start, but you've got alot of leeway and latitude for CS sacks and I recommend looking at archived images, Echoes of Glory, or other originals to go by and use your creativity.
