    Default For Sale

    Hello Everyone,

    I have for sale:

    1. Kibler Knapsack. It was purchased at S&S Sutler (of Gettysburg) nearly 2 years ago. It has never seen use and is absolutely like new. Forgot the maker but it's one cool pack and the attention to detail is unlike many other Kiblers I've seen. Paid $250. $185 + shipping.

    2. CS Wooden Gardner Canteen. Made by Sam Doolin. It is brand new and in perfect condition like the knapsack. It includes leather canteen strap. These are very hard to come by in my experience. It's been in storage and I just never got around to using it (not even once). I think I paid $115 for the canteen and strap combo. $95 + shipping. It's as much of a utility item as it is a piece of art.

    3. US emergency blanket. Purchased on Sutler Row years ago. Tan with brown end stripes. $25 + shipping. Very functional blanket with unfinished ends.

    4. Starbuck Kepi. Tan jeancloth with black band around the bottom. Tarred chin strap. Small crease in the visor but in otherwise superb condition. $65 + shipping. My head measures in at a hair over 22 inches in circumference and this cap is just the slightest bit snug. Used only twice for limited periods of time.

MIGHT consider some type of trade for a used NY state jacket (reputable makers only). Otherwise, for sale only.

If interested, email me at - loneranger77@comcast.net

    Thanks,
    Court

    Default New items too.

Kibler sold pending payment and Canteen currently on hold.

    That leaves:

    1. Greg Starbuck Kepi. Tan jean cloth with black band and tarred chin strap. Tarred sweat band with checked cotton lining. Beautiful cap and some serious savings.

With a few new items added:

    1. RD 2 made personally for me by Jim Wareheim. I've lost a few lbs. and it's a little large. It's a size 44. Made of Tan FHW jeancloth and only used at a few LH's. Lined in white osnaburg with all top stitching done by hand, including buttonholes. Amazing coat by one of the best makers out there as many can attest to. $200 - postage paid/shipping included. Jim doesn't really make many of these anymore and it is FHW jeancloth. A breathtaking RD jacket, absolutely among the best. Rare opportunity and pictures are available on request. Hard to let this one go.

    2. Sutler Row variety light blue infantry trousers. From Regimental QM. Look like a size 32 - 34. Brand new, $40 shipping included.

Update: Canteen, Kibler and Blanket all sold pending payment.

    Still leaves -

    1. Starbuck Kepi. $50 even + shipping. More than a great deal on one of the best caps in the hobby.

And the new additions with updates -

    1. RD 2 made personally for me by Jim Wareheim (Wolfie). I've lost a few lbs. and it's a little large. It's a size 44. Made of Tan/Brown FHW jeancloth, picked by me from a rare remaining roll of fabric at S&S Sutler and only used at a few LH's. Lined in white osnaburg with all top stitching done by hand, including buttonholes, epaulettes, etc. Amazing coat by one of the best CS makers out there as many can attest to. $195 - postage paid/shipping included. Jim doesn't really make many of these anymore and it is FHW jeancloth. A breathtaking RD jacket, absolutely among the best. Rare opportunity and pictures are available on request. Hard to let this one go. A good opportunity for a first rate RD2 and if I were a size 44 I would never let it go.

    2. Sutler Row variety light blue infantry trousers. From Regimental QM. size 32 - 34. Brand new, $40 shipping included.

    Default Update

Trousers are now sold pending payment.

    That still leaves -

    1. "Greg Starbuck made CS Kepi. Tan jeancloth with black band around the bottom. Tarred chin strap. Crease in the visor but in otherwise superb condition and crease does not effect the visor in any way (just had something on top of it while in storage. $50 + shipping. My head measures in at a hair over 22 inches in circumference and this cap is just a bit snug. Used only twice for limited periods of time."

^This is one great deal folks. It is pretty much new (aside from the barely noticeable crease in the visor) and you're getting it for less than half the price of a new one.

***I think I'm going to hold onto the RD2 Jacket for now. There was interest... but no takers and putting it up for sale did stress me out. It MIGHT be back as I dig through my collection and find more stuff I don't need or can't wear - we shall see.

    Thanks,
    Court
