    Default BUYER BEWARE!!!! S(c)AM SUTLER

Just wanted to give the community a heads up about a dishonest merchant in our midst. About a year ago when "SAM SUTLER"(should read SCAM SUTLER) started posting classified ads that duplicated his ebay auctions, I spoke up for him giving him the benefit of the doubt about his shady bussiness deals. Over 4 months ago, I purchased a pair of shoes from him, and have yet to recieve shipment or refund. I have attempted to contact him several times and have just recieved stall tactics and excuses. He has a 100% positive feedback on ebay, but upon contacting a few others that have been ripped off by him, I have deciphered his M.O.; He will keep making excuses and promises until after the 90 day mark, where buyers can no longer leave feedback and recourse through ebay is much more difficult. Watch out for this guys, save your money and buy from a legitimate supplier, not some con artist that makes his living fleecing our community.

I have seen him on eBay and was quite wary of him to begin with. The seller gave me the appearance of taking your money and then ordering the items from his supplier - most likely from Pakastan or India - and then shipping them to you.

In essence an internet middleman using your money to make money without having inventory in hand.

Even though you might have not received the items you can still report the seller to eBay and since everything has to be paid through Pay Pal you can get resolution through them.

I got scammed on a book from a seller once on eBay and got my money back. Sold me a wrongly described book (sent a romance novel versus Lincoln I ordered) and was out my postage - both ways when he refused the return. He did this to me and others to the tune of several thousand dollars before eBay caught up to him.

    Good luck.

He has finally contacted me for a refund, many individuals on this forum know who he is, I am not going to list his name here as he has offered to correct the situation, but anyone that would like the info contact me privately. Watch out for your dollar! We have to be a self policing hobby.
