I am a newcomer to this forum, and I must say it is "not bad" not bad a'tall.
I have a type D fusil collecting dust in my safe I would like to sell or trade for a 2 band enfield.
My Fusil sports a 42" octagon to round tapered barrel with 2 wedding bands at the transition, L&R classic flintlock, iron furniture, serpent sideplate, plain maple stock stained dark, oil finish. .62 Cal. smoothbore.
I bought this piece as a kit from Pecatonica Arms 8 or so years ago, and assembled myself. The forestock is a tad on the thick side and could stand to be slimmed up some. Asking price is $575.00. Pics are available.
