The earlier you go, the harder it is to get labels. The earliest liquor label I have is 1857 for bourbon cordial.

Probably not so close.... This is an optical illusion - the scale of foreground to mid ground indicates this was shot through a telephoto lens which foreshortens the screen image from front to back....
