I agree with Bill, check out Culp's Hill. I did the "Ranger Walk" on my last visit and it was moving. The unit I portrayed in my earlier reenacting days fought there and when you can walk the ground...

The battle sequences showing Barksdale's troops reminded me of "Battle of the Planet of the Apes"... men bent over and running all over.
