Print out on your printer, fold in half and spray-cement or glue the halfs together. Trim off all the grey, noticing the slightly rounded corners.

Enhancements for the fastidious are:
- print out on ivory paper instead of bright white
- use heavier paper to get a stiffer card like the original
- put thin clear lacquer finish on the photo side only (or cheat with clear gloss craft spray)

Thanks, reminds me of the piece of the rope used to hang John Brown that Hank Trent sold me at an event in VA. These are the kinds of details that really make an impression.
