Armisport 1861 Springfield, w/bayonet $500

Gents,

I have an Armisport 1861 Springfield for $500, plus actual shipping charges.

The musket includes a sutlers row quality bayonet and scabbard and your choice of either a CS canvas sling or a black leather sling.

The musket is about four or five seasons old and I have just been keeping it for a loaner. Light patina on the metal, just enough to give it a good look. The stock has a nice color and grain. A few dings and scratches from use, but nothing major.

Okay, last price reduction. $450 plus actual shipping. If it doesn't sell I put it on consignment with a sutler at that price.

I talked to the sutler at an event this past weekend. The sutler currently doesn't have any new muskets to sell as it looks like they are holding the import of new muskets because the value of the Euro is going down. She said that retail would probably be going up to $680 on the new muskets when she does get them ?

I hope she is wrong, as I thought $600 for a new musket was way too high.
