I am trying to find reproduction Civil War newspapers to use as part of my impression of a journalist...I cannot seem to locate any, i would apprecaite some help....

Did you google harpers weekly??
I ordered some repros of that publication a year or so ago for a good price, but cant remember the website. Also check Ebay.

You can get several good ones from Mr. Crabb above at Ezra Barnhouse Goods as well as from Mr. & Mrs. Mescher at Ragged Soldier Sutlery. I would also check out the National Park bookstore site at www.eparks.com/books which I have known to have carried some issues in the past.

I do recommend Crabby for your reading material.He has some great papers for sell.And it's not just Harper's Weekly either.

I have seen some repro news papers on ebay before. They were being sold by a store called historic_newspaper_boy, but I could not find them just now when I searched. (I know, I know - great help, huh?)
