Gray jean wool with black piping on cuff and collar, lining of blue homespun and white muslin sleeve lining. Split tail back with buttons at top. Georgia and eagle buttons on front. Not sure of size but I wear a 44 reg. sportcoat and am 6' tall about 200 lbs. and it fits me fine. I can tell you the sleeves measure 24" from top of shoulder seam. Great looking coat by great maker. Asking $265 that includes shipping. I will take Paypal or money order, no personal checks please. i have pics they will not upload to this page for some reason. It is for sale on Ebay and the pics are there item number 180229348319 if you would like to look at them. Thanks for looking.

Simple question. How can you sell an item still on ebay and on this forum. Dont the two conflict?

Well I don't know Terry I figured it is my jacket and I can sell it anywhere I want to in order to raise badly needed money as quickly as possible. If it upsets you why don't you contact one of the moderators cause I never heard of anything like that.

Moderator Hat: While I am not aware of the Provost setting a policy on simultaneous selling of an item on this forum and Ebay, in the past I have usually, but not always, seen sellers shift an item to Ebay only after it fails to sell here. Since I do not use Ebay, I am not aware of its policy about an item being withdrawn from an auction because that item had been sold elsewhere. My primary concern with this issue would be your committing to a sale with a member here and then renege because of a better offer on Ebay, especially if the buyer had already sent his money.

Tom
as far as I know you can sell as many places as you like you just insert a clause in the Ebay listing that you reserve the right to end the listing early because you are selling the item elsewhere also which I did put in my Ebay auction. The renigging is a moral issue and I am a square dealer. I probably should have listed it here before I started an Ebay auction but this was an afterthought. The only people contacting me about it are members of this website anyway as it is. Thanks for your input.

Brant, first off the price you have on it is a heck of a deal for a really good coat. Joe makes one of the best in the business. But please dont tell me what I am thinking. I dont post things to start conflicts. I dont get into the whole cyber war stuff. And FYI I am very busy.
